School Open Day 學校開放日

Held in December 十二月

 

In addition to the maths society information day provided for our school students, we hold whole school open day once a year. This is to give people outside school a clear idea of how the school and also the mathematics department operates. Guests get the opportunity to look around the school, visit counters of different subjects and see first hand what the students' homework and activities are like on a day to day basis. 

 

 

 

本校除了有為學生而設的數學學會資訊日外，每年也會舉辦全校性的學校開放日，讓所有校外人士皆能對我們學校及數學科的運作有清晰的了解。到訪開放日的嘉賓可遊覽校園、參觀各學科的攤位展覽，並可了解本校學生日常學習的習作及活動。

HKDSE Skills Talks 應試講座

Held in December 十二月

 

For more than 10 years, the school has been delivering various talks for students aiming at not only examination tips and techniques but also student development and career planning. In order to help students better prepare for the HKDSE, the school frequently invited professionals in education to share experience in studying. Feedbacks from students were positive and the school plans to hold more similar functions in the coming future.

 

 

 

超過十年的時間，本校致力為學生舉辦不同類形的講座，不但讓學生學習到應付考試的技巧，同時促進學生的個人發展和生涯規劃。面對新高中文憑試的挑戰，本校經常邀請教育界專業人士到校為學生進行分享和指導，讓學生能有足夠信心去準備應付公開考試。學生對講座的反應表示正面，所以學校打算未來舉辦更多同類形的活動幫助學生。

Maths Day 數學體驗日

Held in March 三月

 

The purpose of Maths Day is to encourage students to discover the beauty and interest of mathematics. In Maths Day, different creative games related to mathematics are open to let students have challenges. In the past few years, students actively participated the games and found the games interesting and exciting.

數學體驗日的目的是鼓勵學生發掘數學的美麗和樂趣。在數學體驗日，不同具創意的數學遊戲將會開放給學生參與，讓學生從中透過腦力挑戰了解數學。在過去的數年，學生都積極參與數學體驗日的遊戲，並感到有趣和具挑戰性。
